Autumn Wong

Autumn is a bright-spirited and compassionate human with a powerful and inspiring presence. Hailing from the East Coast, she has made San Diego her home with her wife and fur babies. She is a certified life coach striving to help people at different stages of life through her coaching practice, The Growth Experience. Autumn is currently working to complete her graduate level studies in pursuit of dual licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a licensed Professional Clinical counselor.

She continues to serve on the board of a non-profit called Dear Black Girl, Incorporated where she is the Program Director for a newly piloted program called Girl Talk. Girl Talk offers free, virtual group therapy and coaching sessions for mentees and program participants.

Her professional background includes an extensive and diverse background in customer service and healthcare staffing operations, and her corporate experience has molded her into a process improvement rockstar with a passion for mental health initiatives, especially in marginalized communities. Her personal identity as a proud, queer black woman will have an incredible impact on her work with the communities we serve.

As Director of Special Events and Board Member for Human Dignity Foundation I will increase awareness of the group, expanding growth and empowering residents with positive reinforcement. I will be voice that they do not have. Society needs a positive force which serves all. That is my goal.
